Quartz Fiber Fabric

Quartz fiber fabric comes in various thicknesses and weaving styles, such as plain, twill, satin, and some other weaves with different densities of warp and weft. 

1. SiO2 purity≥99.95%, and 99.99% can be customized.

2. Excellent dielectric properties.

3. High Wave-transparent and ablation resistance performance.

4. Long lifetime at temperature of 1050°c - 1200°c, softening temperature 1700°c

5. Low thermal conductivity, high strength and tensile modulus.

6. Acidic, alkaline and salt resistance.   

Main Applications:

Wave-transparent material, ablative material, structural material, thermal insulation material, electrical insulating material. Quartz fiber and relevant reinforcing materials have gained popularity in aerospace applications, such as radomes and antenna windows, due to its excellent wave-transparent property and high strength.
